He decidido comenzar a dedicarme momentos para respirar y hacer pausas. Requiere de esfuerzo consciente el obsequiarse tiempo para sí misme, pero creo que tendrá buenos resultados (al menos intentarlo). Por eso hoy les invito a compartir este primer

It’s ok to have a bad day
It’s ok to feel vulnerable and weak at times. It’s ok not to be your very best every damn second of the day. It’s ok to feel tired, and confused, and lost.
BREATH... JUST BREATH...
Know and remember:
you are not your circumstances.
you are not what happens to you.
you are not your mistakes
you are not your losses.
Start learning to identify when your mind and body have had enough. In those moments, please take a few steps back and be with your unfiltered self; let yourself know that you see and accept who you are at that precise moment. Really feel and embrace what’s going through your heart and mind. Allow yourself a break from everything and everyone that pollutes your mind; instead, start seeking those who make you feel loved, accepted, happy, positive, and glad to be alive today.
BREATH...TAKE A BREAK...
After and only after, rise up even stronger.
Take every day as an opportunity to give your all; make everything you touch glow like solid gold; pour your heart into every single thing you do. Be unapologetically you.
It's ok not to be ok. But keep your head high and remember: you’ve been through this, and you’ll conquer it once again. Breath ~ take a break ~ repeat.♻️
